Fastest Response Channels
Whether you need a formal quotation, technical clarification, or an urgent parts inquiry, choose the channel that works best for you. Every message is routed directly to a qualified engineer — never to a general reception queue.
Request a Quote
Tell us about your production requirements. The more detail you provide — bottle volume, material type, target output per hour, and any existing mold assets — the more precisely our engineers can specify the right EP-HGY ISBM or EP-ZQ IBM machine for you. Not sure which technology fits? Review our ISBM machine range or the IBM machine range before submitting.
Why Reach Out Directly
As a factory-direct manufacturer with over two decades in blow molding equipment production, Ever-power routes every inbound inquiry to a technical specialist familiar with your industry segment. See the full Ever-power company story for background on our engineering team.
Your inquiry is answered by a qualified blow molding engineer — not a general sales representative — who can discuss cavity configuration, clamp tonnage, and mold compatibility with precision.
All quotation requests submitted with complete specifications receive an initial technical response and indicative pricing with our fastest achievable turnaround.
For clients working with confidential bottle designs or proprietary formulations, we sign mutual non-disclosure agreements before any technical exchange. Request an NDA template with your first message.
Our sales team communicates fluently in English, and offers Mandarin, Spanish, Russian, and Arabic support through dedicated regional representatives for major markets.
Existing customers receive priority access to our aftersales engineers for troubleshooting, spare parts, and remote diagnostic support throughout the machine service life.
Every formal quotation includes machine drawings, electrical schematics, utility requirements, packing dimensions, and a comprehensive spare parts list — everything your engineering team needs.
Our Location
Our office is located in Dandenong South, an established industrial hub in Melbourne's south-east. Visits are welcome by appointment — please email us in advance to schedule.
Contact FAQ
Before submitting your inquiry, review the questions below — many buyers find their answer here and can send a more targeted request. For process-specific technical questions, our product pages contain deeper specifications for each machine.
To generate an accurate quotation on the first pass, please include: (a) bottle drawing or reference image with volume, height, neck diameter and body diameter; (b) target material — PET, PETG, PP, PC, Tritan, HDPE, LDPE, PS, PCTG, or other; (c) target output in bottles per hour or per day; (d) preferred cavity count if known; (e) any existing mold assets — ASB-12M, AOKI-250, or ASB-700DPH compatibility; and (f) destination country for accurate freight estimation.
Complete quotation requests submitted during Australian business hours typically receive an initial engineering response with our fastest achievable turnaround. Requests received on weekends or public holidays are answered on the next working day. Urgent parts inquiries from existing customers are prioritized.
Yes — we welcome buyer visits, and this is strongly encouraged for first-time customers. Contact us in advance to schedule your visit; we will arrange a full product consultation with our engineering team. Machine demonstrations with your target material can be arranged with sufficient notice.

Yes. We design and manufacture custom molds in-house, using 4Cr13 stainless steel or imported S136 alloy steel for injection cavities, with magnesium-aluminum alloy available for blow molds where cooling performance is critical. Custom mold quotations require your bottle drawing, material specification, and target cycle time.
