Yang EP-HGS150A is the entry-level model in the HGS semi-automatic blow molding series — the smallest machine by footprint (1,400×500×1,500mm) and the lightest at 400kg. It produces PET containers up to 1 litre at 500–1,100 bottles per hour via a single-cavity, manually loaded production cycle. Piston-type pneumatic linkage or cylinder hinge locking configurations are available, and the machine is equipped with a digital infrared preform heating system.

The HGS150A is selected for applications where production volume is modest, SKU variety is high, or the investment in a fully automatic machine cannot yet be justified by production demand. Piston-type is suited to standard round bottle geometries; cylinder hinge is preferred for containers with more complex mold profiles. Digital Infrared Preform Heater

The HGS150A requires a separate preform heater (HGJ series) to pre-heat preforms before loading into the blow station. The heater is a separate unit — not integrated into the machine body. This is standard for all HGS semi-automatic machines. The correct heater model depends on your bottle neck diameter: HGJ-B for wide-mouth jars, HGJ-CL for standard narrow-neck bottles.
