The EP-HGY200-V4-B is the wide-mouth specialist in the HGY200 family — its 600 mm upper mold stroke and AOKI-250 compatible mould format handle the wide-body containers and large-neck jars that the SBIII-250LL-50S class was built for. Direct tooling compatibility means existing AOKI-250 format moulds install without adaptation.
Injection station accepts AOKI-250 format tooling directly — same platen dimensions, same cavity pitch. Handles both narrow neck and wide-mouth preform geometries in the same machine frame.
Dedicated conditioning station equalises temperature across wide-body preforms — critical for the tall body-to-neck diameter ratio of cosmetic jars and wide-mouth food containers. Gate trimmed. No reheat oven.
