O EP-HGJ-CL is the standard preform heater for semi-automatic blow molding lines producing narrow-neck bottles up to 68mm neck diameter. With 96 preform holder positions and a rated output of 200–2,100 bph, it is the higher-capacity and more versatile of the two HGJ heater models — lighter at 250kg and smaller (1,500×600×1,100mm) than the HGJ-B, while offering a significantly wider output range.

The HGJ-CL operates on three-phase, four-wire power supply at 5–8kW — the same electrical specification as the HGJ-B, independent of the single-phase HGS blow machine it is paired with. Its 200–2,100 bph output range covers the full output spectrum of all HGS semi-automatic blow machines at standard narrow-neck bottle specifications.
