EP-HGS280A Semi-Automatic PET Blow Molding Machine
Large capacity semi-automatic PET blow molding machine for containers up to 10 litres — for 10-litre water dispensers, industrial chemical containers, and large-format liquid packaging. The HGS280A bridges the gap between the 5-litre HGS250A and the 20-litre HGS-350A barrel machine. Not suitable for 20-litre barrel production.
⚠️ HGS280A (10L) vs HGS-350A (20L) — Do Not Confuse
The HGS280A produces containers up to 10 litres. It cannot produce 20-litre barrels. If your target is the 20-litre / 5-gallon water barrel format, the EP-HGS-350A is the correct machine.

O EP-HGS280A is the large capacity model in the HGS semi-automatic series, covering containers up to 10 litres at 500–980 bph. It serves the 10-litre format used across water delivery (10L refillable dispensers), chemical and industrial liquid packaging, and large-format food service containers where 5 litres is insufficient and 20 litres is excessive for the application.
The 10-litre format occupies a specific niche in large container packaging — larger than the common 5-litre retail format but smaller than the 20-litre / 5-gallon standard for water cooler dispensers. Applications include 10-litre refillable water containers for small office dispensers, 10-litre chemical containers for agricultural and industrial use, and 10-litre bulk food service packaging. The HGS280A provides this capability at semi-automatic investment levels, at 550kg machine weight in a 1,630×560×1,570mm footprint.
For the 20-litre barrel format, the EP-HGS-350A is the correct machine. For 5-litre requirements, the EP-HGS250A is available.
