We manufacture three complementary machine families — the EP-ZQ Europese stijl spuitblaasvormen (IBM) series for HDPE, PP, and PS containers, the EP-HGY One-Step Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) series for PET, PETG, PC, Tritan, and large-format containers up to 20 L, and the EP-HGA Reheat Stretch Blow Molding (RSBM) series for high-volume PET production from 500 ml mineral water bottles to 20 L water dispenser barrels. Injection Blow Molding Machines — EP-ZQ Series
European-style 3-station rotary injection blow molding machines for HDPE, PP, PS, PCTG, LDPE and EVA containers. Zero flash, zero scrap output with neck finish formed to closure tolerance in the injection mould. Clamping force is 20–30% stronger than market alternatives at each tonnage tier, using a proprietary pressurised architecture that also reduces energy consumption by 10–20% versus conventional designs.

One-Step Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machines — EP-HGY Series
One-step ISBM machines for PET, PETG, PC, Tritan, PP, ABS, PLA and other resins. Three steps — injection, stretching and blow moulding — completed continuously without intermediate preform storage or secondary reheating, saving up to 40% energy versus two-step systems. Biaxial molecular orientation delivers superior compression resistance, gas barrier and optical clarity.
Spans from a compact full-servo 3-station platform at 50 KN through to the large-container specialist at 400 KN dual clamping, producing containers up to 20 L including 18.9 L water cooler barrels.

Reheat Stretch Blow Molding Machines — EP-HGA Series
Two-step reheat stretch blow molding (RSBM) machines for high-volume PET bottle production across nine application industries. The EP-HGA series covers five sub-families: AS series pharmaceutical precision, ES 2–8 cavity multi-industry standard platform, FS series wide-mouth and special-shaped, JS series large-capacity, and J series edible oil barrel. All 28 models are fully automatic, servo-driven and CE certified.
The two-step process allows the blow molding stage to run at maximum output independently of preform injection — making RSBM the preferred choice for dedicated high-volume single-format PET lines, from 500 ml mineral water bottles on the ES-8C76 (8 cavities, highest output) through to 20 L water dispenser barrels on the JS-2C366.

IBM, ISBM and RSBM machines are assembled, tested and certified in the same 20,000 m² purpose-built campus — three dedicated production lines sharing one quality standard, one engineering team, and one factory acceptance testing protocol.
Built In-House — No Subcontracting
Every EP-HGY ISBM, EP-ZQ IBM, and EP-HGA RSBM machine is designed, assembled, and tested within our own 20,000 m² purpose-built production campus. No critical process is subcontracted. Our factory houses precision CNC machining, servo-electric assembly bays, hydraulic circuit fabrication, mould manufacturing, electrical panel assembly, and a dedicated final acceptance testing hall.
The production campus is structured around five disciplines that must all reach the same standard before a machine leaves the facility: mechanical precision, hydraulic integrity (pressure-tested at 1.5x rated working pressure), electrical safety (CE compliance), servo calibration, and thermal performance.

European Conformity — All Models
All EP-HGY ISBM, EP-ZQ IBM and EP-HGA RSBM machines carry CE marking covering mechanical safety (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC), electrical safety (Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC Directive 2014/30/EU). CE declaration of conformity, technical file reference, and CE-marked nameplate are included with every shipment.
Full FAT Protocol — Every Unit

Installatie en inbedrijfstelling
Onze ervaren senior engineers zijn niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de installatie van de apparatuur, maar ook voor het bereiken van een stabiele productiestatus en voor een uitgebreide training van operators en onderhoudspersoneel op locatie. Gepland onderhoud is steevast goedkoper dan ongeplande reparaties en stilstand.

We maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory for all current EP-HGY, EP-ZQ and EP-HGA machine models — servo motor units, hydraulic components, electrical modules, mould wear items, and structural components. A recommended spare parts list with part numbers is included in the documentation package with every new machine.
