Customer Case Studies
Real Results from Buyers Around the World
Every machine we deliver is backed by pre-shipment testing and on-site commissioning support. The following cases represent typical deployment scenarios across three of our most active market segments.
A mid-sized Korean cosmetics contract packager sought to replace an aging two-step stretch blow system with a single integrated unit capable of running both PET serum bottles and PETG cream jars on the same production floor. The EP-HGY150-V4-EV's rapid mold changeover and nano far-infrared screw heating reduced their per-unit energy cost significantly while eliminating the dedicated preform storage area.
"The machine's ability to switch between bottle profiles in under 30 minutes was the deciding factor. Our output quality exceeded our previous two-machine setup."
— Production Director, Seoul, South Korea
A growing pharmaceutical packaging facility in Maharashtra needed high-cavity production of 30ml, 60ml and 100ml HDPE medicine bottles with absolutely no flash or gate trimming — critical for their GMP audit requirements. The EP-ZQ80's three-station rotary structure produces each bottle in a fully sealed cycle without any human touch point, achieving zero waste output.
"We evaluated three IBM suppliers. Ever Power's machine was the only one that met both our GMP documentation requirements and our cost-per-unit targets."
— Procurement Manager, Maharashtra, India
A regional bottled water distributor in Russia required in-house bottle production capability for 5L and 19L (standard gallon) containers to reduce dependence on imported preforms and third-party moulders. The EP-HGY650-V4, with its 400 KN injection clamping force, 1,070 mm upper mold stroke, handled both formats from a single machine installation.
"The 20L barrel quality is consistent and the bottle weight is precisely controlled. We were producing commercially viable output within the agreed commissioning timeline."
— Factory Manager, Russia

Technical Depth
Understanding One-Step Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM)
For engineers and procurement specialists evaluating blow molding equipment for the first time — or comparing technology upgrades — the following sections address the critical technical and commercial questions.

What Is a One-Step ISBM Machine?
A one-step injection stretch blow molding machine — also referred to as a single-stage ISBM machine, one-step blow moulding machine, or integrated stretch blow moulder — consolidates three historically separate operations into a single continuous manufacturing cycle within one piece of equipment.
In traditional two-step (two-stage) production, a separate injection molding machine produces preforms that are cooled, stored, and later reheated in a standalone reheat stretch blow molding machine (RSBM). The one-step process eliminates the reheating stage entirely: the preform moves directly from the injection station to a conditioning / tail-cutting zone, then to the stretch-blow station, and finally to the take-out position — all within the same machine and the same production cycle. This is the core efficiency advantage that enables energy savings of up to 40% compared to two-stage systems.
The biaxial molecular orientation achieved during the simultaneous axial (rod) and radial (air pressure) stretch phase gives ISBM bottles superior compression resistance, barrier properties, and optical clarity compared to extrusion blow molded (EBM) containers of equivalent wall thickness.

How Is IBM Different from ISBM?
Injection blow molding (IBM) is a three-station rotary process in which plastic is first injection-molded around a core pin (forming the preform and the finished bottle neck simultaneously), then rotated to a blow station where compressed air expands the softened preform against a closed cavity mold, and finally rotated to a stripping station. There is no stretch rod — the process is purely injection-then-blow, without biaxial orientation.
IBM excels at producing small, precise, thin-walled containers (1ml eye drops to 1,000ml pharmaceutical syrups) in materials such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, and PCTG. Because IBM produces zero flash and requires no trimming, it is the preferred process for GMP pharmaceutical packaging, where cleanliness and neck finish accuracy are non-negotiable.
Our EP-ZQ series European-style IBM machines feature a proprietary pressurized clamping structure in which the booster cylinder does not participate in the mold open/close action. This reduces energy consumption by 10–20% versus comparable machines and extends mold life by reducing mechanical shock.

What Materials Can Be Processed?
The EP-HGY ISBM series is optimized for thermoplastics that benefit from biaxial orientation during the stretch phase. Standard compatible resins include:
- PET (polyethylene terephthalate) — the dominant material for beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic bottles
- PETG — higher clarity and chemical resistance than standard PET, popular in cosmetics
- PP (polypropylene) — autoclavable, food-safe, used for hot-fill applications
- PC (polycarbonate) and Tritan — BPA-free baby bottle materials with exceptional impact resistance
- PS, ABS, PLA and other specialty engineering thermoplastics
The EP-ZQ IBM series is configured for HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS (lactic acid type), PCTG, and EVA — materials typically used in pharmaceutical, daily chemical and food packaging where stretch orientation is not required or desired.

What Should B2B Buyers Evaluate Before Purchasing?
Experienced procurement managers evaluating injection stretch blow molding machines or injection blow molding machines for a new or expanded production line should assess the following parameters in parallel:
- Target bottle volume and neck finish — determines station size and injection clamp tonnage required
- Annual output target — drives the decision between 3-station, 4-station and 6-station configurations
- Material type — governs whether ISBM or IBM is the appropriate process
- Existing mold assets — if you own ASB-12M, AOKI-250, or ASB-700DPH tooling, compatibility is a key commercial factor
- Utility requirements — compressed air volume, cooling water flow rate, and electrical supply must be confirmed before installation
- After-sales support — verify that the manufacturer can provide spare parts, remote diagnostics, and field service engineers

Machine Architecture and Key Components
Every EP-HGY and EP-ZQ machine is built around a selection of internationally sourced precision components that define the quality floor for the full product range. Key components include Japan NSK lead screws for linear motion, Japan Yaskawa servo motors for drive control, Parker high-pressure hydraulic valves, and Airtac pneumatic cylinders — all verified at intake before assembly begins.
The EP-HGY ISBM series features nano far-infrared barrel heating elements that achieve melt homogeneity with lower energy input than conventional resistance-band heaters, and a full-servo electric drive option (EV series) that eliminates the hydraulic pump entirely for the cleanest possible operating environment.
The EP-ZQ IBM series is distinguished by its proprietary hydraulic double system (standard from the ZQ80 model upward), which isolates injection-side and blow-station hydraulic circuits. This prevents pressure drop at the blow station during simultaneous injection demand peaks — the primary cause of inter-cavity weight variation on single-circuit machines at high cavity counts.
