The EP-HGY150-V4 runs a 4-station one-step cycle with a 3-set servo pump system — each pump independently governing injection, clamping, and auxiliary circuits. This architecture delivers consistent cycle timing across 1–8 cavity configurations without the cross-circuit interference of single-pump designs.
PET resin injected around the core pin at 150 kN injection clamping force. Neck finish and thread geometry formed to closure-compatibility tolerance. 3-set servo pumps ensure consistent injection pressure per cavity across all 8 cavity positions.
Preform retains injection heat to the conditioning station — no reheat oven needed. Gate trimmed. Standard heater equalises wall temperature. Energy saving up to 40% vs two-step RSBM at identical output.
Stretch rod + 2.0–3.5 MPa blow air produces simultaneous biaxial molecular orientation — superior O₂ barrier, compression resistance, and optical clarity versus EBM containers at identical wall thickness.
