How the EP-HGY150-V4 Works — One-Step ISBM with 3-Set Servo Pump
The EP-HGY150-V4 runs a 4-station one-step cycle driven by three independent servo hydraulic pumps — one pump per major axis (injection, clamping, auxiliary). This 3-set servo pump architecture eliminates cross-circuit hydraulic interference, reducing energy consumption by 15–20% versus single-pump machines of the same tonnage and enabling consistent cycle times across 1–8 cavity configurations.
PET injected around core pin. Neck finish formed to tolerance. Screw Ø 40–60 mm. No flash. No scrap.
Preform retains injection heat. Standard heater equalises wall temperature. Gate trimmed. No reheat oven = 40% energy saved vs 2-step.
Stretch rod + 2.0–3.5 MPa blow air = biaxial orientation. Superior O₂ barrier, compression strength, and clarity versus EBM containers.
Auto-ejected to discharge belt. Zero hand contact. 3-set servo ensures timing consistency across all 8 cavities.
