The 65 mm screw with 5+N barrel zones plasticises and injects 540 g of melt per shot. The 1,100 KN injection clamp — the highest in the ZQ standard range — holds the mould against cavity pressure across 14-cavity (100 ml) or 24-cavity (10 ml) tooling without deflection. The high-precision angle divider synchronises mould open/close with the rotary table lift simultaneously, eliminating sequential dead time and maintaining the 4-second dry cycle under full load.

The blow mould closes with 150 KN clamping force. The hydraulic double system — standard on the ZQ110 — maintains stable blow-station pressure even when injection-side hydraulic demand peaks simultaneously. Compressed air at 0.7–1.2 MPa expands each preform to the cavity wall. After cooling, the blow mould opens and the turntable indexes 120° to Station 3. The 1,100×460 mm platen allows the widest blow-mould tooling in the ZQ standard range.

The 260 mm stripping stroke ejects all bottles from the cold rods simultaneously. Dual 22+22 KW motors sustain injection and clamping loads across separate drive circuits. The combined 80 KW total power budget supports continuous 24-hour production at maximum cavity count without thermal throttling — a critical requirement for daily-chemical and pharmaceutical operations running scheduled 24×7 production.

Moving from 800 KN (ZQ80) to 1,100 KN (ZQ110) is a 37% increase in injection clamping force — the specification that most directly governs flash-free production at high cavity counts. At 14 cavities (100 ml), the additional 300 KN of clamp margin allows the ZQ110 to process higher-viscosity HDPE grades and higher-fill-pressure tooling designs without risking parting-surface fatigue or flash.

The step from 18.5+18.5 KW (ZQ80) to 22+22 KW (ZQ110) provides 19% more motor power per circuit. This increase is not purely about speed — it is about sustained thermal headroom. Each 22 KW motor on the ZQ110 operates further below its thermal limit at rated load, meaning that daily-chemical producers running 24-hour shifts do not experience the gradual cycle-time drift that occurs when motors approach their thermal ceiling.

The 1,100×460 mm platen on the ZQ110 allows up to 24 cavities at 10 ml and 14 cavities at 100 ml — the highest cavity count available in the EP-ZQ range below the ZQ135. For producers whose monthly volumes push the ZQ80’s 12-cavity (100 ml) capacity but who do not yet need the ZQ135’s 18-cavity configuration, the ZQ110 provides exactly the right intermediate step.

A Surabaya daily-chemical producer supplying national retail chains with 250 ml HDPE hand-wash bottles at 4.5 million units per month needed to consolidate from three ZQ80 machines to two ZQ110 machines without losing output capacity.
