1100 x 460 mm Platen — Widest in Mid-Range
The 1100 x 460 mm max platen is significantly wider than the 800 x 400 mm of the ZQ80, enabling 24-cavity mold layouts at 10 ml and 22-cavity at 30 ml. This makes the ZQ110 the natural choice for pharmaceutical lines targeting high daily output targets.
5+N Barrel Zones for Precision Melt Control
The EP-ZQ110 introduces 5+N barrel heating zones, one more than the ZQ80, providing finer independent temperature control across the screw length. This benefits engineering-grade materials and wide-neck bottles where uniform melt distribution is critical for consistent cavity filling.
Dual 22 kW Hydraulic Motors
