Mold Design for the EP-ZQ60
Ever Power designs and manufactures ZQ60-compatible molds in-house. The injection mold body is machined from 4Cr13 stainless steel and the blow mold body from imported S136 alloy or magnesium-aluminium alloy. The wider 600 x 390 mm platen accommodates multi-cavity arrangements for 30 to 100 ml bottles not achievable on smaller machines.

Wider Platen, More Cavities
The 600 x 390 mm max platen allows up to 10 cavities at 60 ml, nearly double that achievable on the 480 x 340 mm platen of the ZQ40.
Hot Runner for Sensitive Resins
Each hot runner is sized to minimise residence time for heat-sensitive materials such as PLA and transparent PS, reducing colour shift and maintaining optical clarity in finished bottles.
Zero Scrap Production
