Two decades of focused engineering, manufacturing, and global deployment of injection blow molding and one-step injection stretch blow molding machines. Built in our own factory, shipped to over 40 countries.
Biz Kimiz
Ever Power was established with a single engineering mission: to design and build the most reliable, energy-efficient, and technically capable blow molding machines available at factory-direct pricing. With over two decades of focused manufacturing experience, our machines now operate in pharmaceutical packaging facilities, cosmetic bottle plants, FMCG daily-chemical lines, food and beverage factories, and water barrel production operations across more than 40 countries.
We manufacture two complementary machine families — the EP-ZQ European-Style Injection Blow Molding (IBM) series for HDPE, PP, and PS containers, and the EP-HGY One-Step Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) series for PET, PETG, PC, Tritan, and large-format containers up to 20 L. Both families are designed, assembled, tested, and certified entirely within our own purpose-built 20,000 m² production facility. Contact our engineers to discuss your production requirements.
Our Product Range
Two complementary machine families serve the full spectrum of rigid plastic hollow container manufacturing — from 1 ml pharmaceutical vials to 20 L industrial water barrels. Both families share the same imported-brand component standard, the same CE certification framework, and the same factory-direct delivery and service model. View the full specifications on our product catalogue page.
European-style 3-station rotary injection blow molding machines for HDPE, PP, PS, PCTG, LDPE and EVA containers. Zero flash, zero scrap output with neck finish formed to closure tolerance in the injection mould. Clamping force is 20–30% stronger than market alternatives at each tonnage tier, using a proprietary pressurised architecture that also reduces energy consumption by 10–20% versus conventional designs.
The EP-ZQ range spans from the compact entry-level 400 KN platform to the flagship high-tonnage machine capable of over 30 cavities at 10 ml — serving pharmaceutical vials, eye-drop bottles, daily-chemical containers, wide-mouth jars, and FMCG mass-production lines.
One-step ISBM machines for PET, PETG, PC, Tritan, PP, ABS, PLA and other resins. Three steps — injection, stretching and blow moulding — completed continuously without intermediate preform storage or secondary reheating, saving up to 40% energy versus two-step systems. Biaxial molecular orientation delivers superior compression resistance, gas barrier properties and optical clarity versus extrusion blow moulded containers.
The EP-HGY range spans from a compact full-servo 3-station platform at 50 KN injection clamping force through to the large-container specialist capable of producing containers up to 20 L — including 18.9 L water cooler barrels — at 400 KN dual clamping with a 1,070 mm upper mould stroke.
Why Buyers Choose Us
The following factors are cited most frequently by our customers when asked why they chose Ever Power over domestic competitors or Japanese-brand machines.
Every inquiry is handled by Ever Power's own engineering and sales team. There are no regional distributors with markup applied. You communicate directly with the people who build the machine, which means faster responses, accurate technical answers, and no commercial distortion between your requirements and the final specification.
Most blow molding machine manufacturers focus on either IBM or ISBM. Ever Power engineers both. This means your procurement team has one technical partner for your full container portfolio — whether your next project is a pharmaceutical HDPE vial, a premium PETG cosmetic bottle, or a 20 L water barrel.
NSK Japan lead screws, Parker USA high-pressure valves, Yaskawa Japan servo motors, Airtac cylinders, YUKEN Taiwan hydraulic control valves, and nano far-infrared heating rings are standard on every machine — not optional upgrades. This component standard defines a reliability floor that domestic-component machines cannot match.
Compatible with ASB-12M, AOKI-250 and ASB-70DPH tooling — buyers with existing mould investments can transition to our machines without re-tooling costs. Your tooling assets are preserved, your bottle specifications remain unchanged, and your capital outlay is limited to the machine itself.
From pre-sale application assessment and mould feasibility analysis through on-site commissioning, operator training, and a 24/7 post-sale technical hotline — Ever Power supports the full machine lifecycle. Our maintenance team provides scheduled preventive maintenance programmes for customers who want to minimise unplanned downtime.
Ever Power manufactures custom injection and blow moulds in-house, using 4Cr13 stainless steel or imported S136 alloy steel for injection cavities. Custom mould development includes full first-article inspection, wall thickness mapping, and a production trial run documented with dimensional measurement reports before delivery.
All EP-HGY and EP-ZQ machines carry CE marking. Every shipment includes machine dimensional drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulic circuit diagrams, a detailed operator and maintenance manual, a factory acceptance test report, and a recommended spare parts list. Complete compliance documentation for destination-country customs clearance is prepared on request.
More than twenty years of dedicated ISBM and IBM machine development have produced multiple nationally registered patents covering servo control integration, nano far-infrared energy-saving heating, dual-servo mould clamping systems, and high-pressure hydraulic architectures. Our engineering team continuously integrates new technology into both machine families.
Ever Power machines operate in production facilities supplying C'ESTBON, HAITIAN, Luhua, Walch, Blue Moon, PROYA, Estee Lauder, Wal-Mart, Dasenlin, Shanliang Eye Drops and other internationally recognised brands. Buyers with demanding quality management systems — including pharmaceutical GMP — have specified and validated our machines successfully.
Our Manufacturing Facility
IBM and ISBM machines are assembled, tested and certified in the same 20,000 m² purpose-built campus — two dedicated production lines sharing one quality standard, one engineering team, and one factory acceptance testing protocol.
Built In-House — No Subcontracting
Every EP-HGY ISBM and EP-ZQ IBM machine is designed, assembled, and tested within our own 20,000 m² purpose-built production campus. No critical process is subcontracted. Our factory houses precision CNC machining, servo-electric assembly bays, hydraulic circuit fabrication, mould manufacturing, electrical panel assembly, and a dedicated final acceptance testing hall.
The production campus is structured around five disciplines that must all reach the same standard before a machine leaves the facility: mechanical precision, hydraulic integrity (pressure-tested at 1.5x rated working pressure), electrical safety (CE compliance), servo calibration (50-cycle repeatability verification), and thermal performance (melt temperature stability across a minimum 30-minute run).
Every machine undergoes a full factory acceptance test (FAT) before crating. Bize Ulaşın to arrange a pre-shipment FAT inspection or a factory visit.

Certifications & Standards
CE certification, factory acceptance testing, and national patent registration are baseline requirements at Ever Power — not optional upgrades. The following standards and documentation packages apply to every EP-HGY and EP-ZQ machine shipped.
All EP-HGY ISBM and EP-ZQ IBM machines carry CE marking covering mechanical safety (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC), electrical safety (Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC Directive 2014/30/EU). CE declaration of conformity, technical file reference, and CE-marked nameplate are included with every shipment.
Every machine undergoes a documented factory acceptance test before shipment: hydraulic pressure test at 1.5x rated working pressure, electrical insulation and earth continuity test, servo axis repeatability calibration, temperature control accuracy verification, and a minimum production run with dimensional measurement records. FAT report included in shipping documentation.
More than twenty years of focused ISBM and IBM machine R&D have produced multiple nationally registered patents covering servo control integration, nano far-infrared energy-saving heating ring technology, dual-servo mould clamping systems, and high-pressure hydraulic circuit architectures. All patented technologies are developed and owned by Ever Power engineering.
Satış Sonrası Servis
Every machine shipped under the Ever Power name is backed by our own after-sales engineering team — not outsourced to regional distributors. We provide the following service levels for every EP-HGY and EP-ZQ installation worldwide.
Our experienced senior engineers are responsible not only for equipment installation but also for achieving stable production status and for comprehensive operator and maintenance training on-site. We do not leave until the line is producing in-specification bottles at rated output, verified by documented first-run dimensional measurements.
To avoid machine wear and unexpected downtime, we provide regular maintenance reminder service and scheduled site visits covering hydraulic pressures, mould temperature control accuracy, turntable indexing position, and critical wear components. Planned maintenance consistently costs less than unplanned repair downtime.
Our aftersales technical hotline is available for urgent fault diagnosis, process troubleshooting, and emergency parameter guidance. Technical support by telephone and video call connects your production team directly with Ever Power engineers who know your specific machine model and configuration.
We maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory for all current EP-HGY and EP-ZQ machine models — servo motor units, hydraulic components, electrical modules, mould wear items, and structural components. A recommended spare parts list with part numbers is included in the documentation package with every new machine.
Send our engineering team your bottle specification — volume, material, required cavity count, monthly output target, and destination country. We respond within one business day with a machine recommendation, indicative pricing, and full technical documentation, with no obligation.
