Injection blow molding is a closed-loop 3-station rotary process without a stretch step. HDPE, PP or PS resin is injection-molded around a core pin at Station 1, forming the preform and the finished bottle neck finish simultaneously to closure-compatibility tolerance. Two-Step RSBM Process
Reheat stretch blow molding (RSBM) separates the production process into two independent stages. Stage one: preform injection molding on a dedicated injection machine or purchased as ready-made preforms. Stage two: preforms are reheated and biaxially stretch-blown into finished bottles on a standalone EP-HGA RSBM machine. This two-step approach allows the RSBM machine to run at maximum output continuously without being limited by a co-located injection cycle — enabling higher per-line throughput at scale versus one-step ISBM.
Two-Step — Preform Then Blow
Stage 1: preforms injected separately or purchased ready-made. Stage 2: EP-HGA RSBM machine reheats and biaxially stretch-blows the preform into the finished bottle. The two stages run independently — the blow machine is never waiting for an injection cycle.

I have existing ASB-12M moulds. Can I use them directly on an Ever Power ISBM machine?+

What is the minimum viable cavity count for a commercially competitive IBM or ISBM line?+
There is no universal minimum — the commercially viable cavity count depends entirely on your target output per hour, your bottle size, and your cycle time. Contact us to provide your production plan and we will confirm whether the proposed cavity count is correct.
Can the same machine produce different bottle sizes by changing moulds?+
Yes. Both IBM and ISBM machines are designed for mould changeover between different bottle SKUs. The machine parameters are stored as recipes in the PLC and recalled at the start of each production run. Physical mould changeover time is typically 1–4 hours.
What does "GMP compliant production" mean in practice for a blow moulding machine?+
GMP compliance for a blow moulding machine means: (1) zero human hand contact with the bottle at any stage; (2) documented and traceable process parameters for every production batch; (3) consistent, verifiable dimensional output across all cavities; and (4) validated machine qualification documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ basis).
