Mold Design and Tooling
Ever Power manufactures its own ZQ-series injection blow molds machined from imported S136 high-strength alloy steel or 4Cr13 stainless steel. Mold cavities, neck blocks and runner systems are individually designed to each bottle geometry, ensuring gram-weight deviation and wall-thickness deviation are minimised from the first production run.

Hot Runner System
